You must provide proof of purchase when collecting your order from store. We will ask you for your order number, name and to see your confirmation email. This can be on your phone or printed. If somebody is collecting on your behalf, they will need to provide us with these requirements in order to collect the order.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase.

Before attempting to return an item, please email us on info@sincerely-yours.uk.com and tell us what you are returning and why so that we can expect your return.

How do I return something?

  • You can send an item by post

Item must be in original condition, undamaged unless arrived faulty and include a copy of your proof of receipt/ online invoice. If item did arrive faulty, please give photographic evidence of this. You can email this to us at: info@sincerely-yours.uk.com.

We may reduce the amount of your refund (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in one of our shops.

If you are exercising your right to change your mind and cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products and any applicable delivery charges to the credit or debit card or other payment method that you used to pay.

  • Please let us know what you are returning and why.

  • Please always include a daytime telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you about the return.

The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the same as the cost for us to post your item out. Should you choose to return your item using a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund up to the amount matching our delivery option.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

We will process your refund no later than 14 days after the day we receive back the goods supplied.
